To get started
a $100 non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your seat in class.
The 75-hour licensing course is required by the State of New York to prepare the candidate for the New
York Salesperson License Examination. Upon completion, you will receive certification entitling you to move on to the
examination which is required by state law.
In New York State, to sell, lease or rent someone else's real property for
a fee or commission, a license as either a Real Estate Salesperson or a Real Estate Broker is required. A Salesperson may
work only under the supervision of a Broker. Anyone wishing to become a licensed Broker must begin as a Salesperson (except
a person has at least two years of prior active real estate experience). To become a licensed Salesperson you must take a
75 hour Salesperson licensing qualifying course.
The Damon Finch Power Sessions Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course is fully approved by the Department
of State. Upon passing the school test, you will receive a certificate of completion. These 75 hours of classes are divided
into 20 modules of 3 or 4 hours each (M1-M20).
The
schedule of classes are very flexible so that you can fit it into your busy schedule. Our unique schedule allows you to begin
classes at any time and take the classes in any order.

Refund And Service Fee Policy
No refund will be given
once you have attended a class. You will not receive a refund for any books and/or course materials received. There is an
$100 cancellation fee for all Real Estate Courses canceled more than 14 business days prior to the course, upon written request,
a check will be mailed to you within 7 business days. There are no refunds for Real Estate Courses canceled less than 14 business
days prior to the course, students will be charged a $50 reschedule fee and they will only receive a school credit. There
will be a $50 returned check fee.
