Minimum qualifications for attendance at and delivery of the NYS 40 hour Enhanced Security Guard Train the Trainer Course is as follows:

All course participants must be Security Guards as defined in the New York State General Business and Executive Laws or management/staff members working within, for, or with a licensed entity, and;

All course participants must be certified Security Guard Instructors who are recognized and authorized by DCJS, to teach the 16 hour and 8 hour New York State Security Guard initial and on-going training programs.
