We are fully automated; we have high-speed internet, fax and laser printers, etc. We accept e-docs, faxes, and overnight express courier services.

Mobile Notary Services

We go where we are needed. Notarization provides assurance that the signer of the document has shown valid photo ID to a notary. We check ID carefully prior to notarization, make appropriate logbook entries and affix our stamp and/or embossed seal. We verify or complete the notarization date and location, as notarized documents require the State and County where the notarization took place.

Call us one or two days in advance and schedule an appointment for the mobile notary public service. Let us know where and when our mobile notary needs to show up. If you are calling to schedule a mobile notary service on behalf of someone else, let us know the signer(s) contact information. For last minute emergencies we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note that some travel, convenience charges will apply. We will quote you at the time of the schedule to avoid any last minute surprises.

We expect some payment in advance at the time of scheduling our mobile notary service.

If you cancel previously scheduled mobile notary service appointment(s), we will expect some reimbursement. For cancellations less than 4 hours notice, we will not be able to refund anything at all. For those with more than 4 hours notice, we will refund 50% of the agreed upon service amount.

Identification Requirements

Please bring:

Yourself - The person whose signature is being notarized must personally appear before the notary.
Your completed document(s) - (In the case of Affidavits, We would be more than happy to quickly and professionally type your affidavit for a separate fee.)

New York recognizes the following types of identification as valid if issued by the state within the last 5 years:

New York Driver License or Commercial Driver License
ID Card – Senior Identification Card, Under 18 Identification Card, New York Identification Card
A US passport

The following types of identification are acceptable if they are current and have been issued within the last 5 years:

Driver license or ID card issued by another state
Mexican or Canadian driver license issued by an authorized agency.
US Military identification card
Foreign passport if stamped by the Immigration and naturalization service.

All identification cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial number. A Notary is forbidden from preparing legal documents for others or acting as a legal advisor unless he or she is also an attorney. Violators can be fined or jailed for the unauthorized practice of law. Under no circumstances will we notarize any blank documents.
